Standard delivery for all continental US orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS packages require a signature and are not available for delivery on weekends. We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 3:00pm PST for overnight delivery. Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territory deliveries: all are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail only. USPS Priority Mail Delivery is the same cost as UPS Ground, but is not guaranteed. Prices shown are in US Dollars and effective February 1, 2007.

International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Air Mail and are not guaranteed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return merchandise within 15 days in unused condition with a note explaining the problem and e-mail orders@yolkshop.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). YOLKshop will only accept returned merchandise with a valid RMA#. We will gladly exchange it with the same or other item of equal value, or refund the purchase price minus shipping. All authorized returns will be credited to your account less a 15% restocking fee. No postage due returns will be accepted and no credits will be issued for shipping charges. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
GIFT ORDERS
On any order, your gift message can be included at no extra charge. Simply let us know and we'll include it with your order.
BACK ORDERS
A back order is any item that is currently out of stock, but will be shipped as soon as it is available. Credit card orders will not be charged additional shipping for back ordered items. If there will be a delay of 4 weeks or longer we will notify you by e-mail.
